copy and paste this into run box:

regsvr32 \\windows\\system32\\MSWINSCK.OCX

Silkline : for win 64 bits, you need copy mswinsck.ocx to \windows\SysWOW64 instead of \windows\System32 and regsvr32 \windows\SysWOW64\mswinsck.ocx. That works for me.
